It's a beautiful lie
It's a perfect denial
Such a beautiful lie to believe in
So beautiful, beautiful
It's a perfect denial
Such a beautiful lie to believe in
So beautiful, beautiful
lie makes me
Kiske collapsed with a gasp of relief in the grass, his bag landing beside him with a heavy crunch. Oh Thank Arceus! Lying there a few moments, the young man finally propped himself up on an elbow, opening the bag cautiously, almost as though it were holding a feral pokemon about to jump out at him. Groaning at the sheer mass of stuff in there, he fell back onto his back in the grass. Finally he forced himself up again, this time into a sitting position. Grunting, he hefted the bag up and managed to overturn it, it's contents spilling out in a rainbow cascade of objects, balls, electronic devices, pokepuffs, all kinds of stuff. Dismayed, Kiske finally picked out the piece of paper and handbook the lady at the lab had given him last. Glancing through the rather sizable list with despair, he glanced from the list to the pile of objects before him.
Sighing in defeat, Kiske began picking through the multitude of items spilled across before him. Gathering together all the pokeballs first, he felt his brows furrowing together. That was a lot. Miniature blue and white orbs littered the field. Frowning worriedly, he stared at it in disbelief. Gods. A glimpse of red caught his eye, and he retrieved the red pokeball from among all the others. Glancing at it a moment, he clicked it open.
Both Kiske and Sirius visibly jumped as a pokemon emerged from the pokeball in a flash of red. Calmly lying on the grass before them, Raikou himself appeared, his scarlet eyes glancing over at the pair before him. Swallowing, Kiske stared several moments before recovering, rushing to get to his feet and bowing low to Raikou, keeling before the great beast. Even Sirius bowed his head in respect. The cat seemed amused by this, his fur rippling with electricity. Standing, he stepped over the scattered piles of stuff spilled across the grass until he was directly in front of Kiske, only a mere pace separating them. Sniffing, his breath blew Kiske's hair around. His breast seemed to rumble in amusement as he sensed the human's panic and nervousness. Resting his mighty head on the boy's shoulder a brief moment, he let him rise. Kiske felt odd. Why had Raikou been in a mere pokeball? Why had that woman just 'given' him to Kiske? You couldn't just own Raikou . . . his head hurt. Was everything backwards here?! He didn't understand! Sirius mewed and twined around the legs of Raikou, his back arching happily as the purrloin purred. Raikou gently butted his head against the much smaller cat, watching the purloin with mild amusement.
