How a rolled pokemon is done, the shinyness is decided by a roll out of 300 it's [*roll=1-300] remove the star for a roll. the 39 means a jigglypuff. now roll for shiny.

it was 90, so it is not shiny. now set the pokemon up this way- a wILDF jIGGLYPUFF APPERED  Species:Jigglypuff Level:10 Gender:Female Attacks:Pound, Wake Up Slap, Sing IF YOU WANT YOU CAN AHVE THE POKEMON SAY SOMTHING WITTY OR JUST ACT IN A CIRTIAN WAY THROUGH ROLEPLAY. wE ENCOURAGE PLaying your pokemon on this site, and we encourage mods ton play wild pokemon. |
